The terms for visiting Tamayaz Wellness and for buying prepaid products.
About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply when you book or receive a service from Tamayaz Wellness or purchase a Treatment Package, Programme, Membership or other prepaid product.
Tamayaz offers four distinct types of products: Single Treatments, Treatment Packages, Skin and Body Programmes, and Memberships. Each may have its own inclusions, validity and applicable terms, which are shown with the relevant product or confirmed before purchase.
General
Tamayaz Wellness services are available to guests aged 18 and over. All displayed prices include 5% VAT.
Every treatment is subject to suitability. Please provide complete and accurate information about relevant health conditions, medication, allergies, pregnancy, recent procedures or other circumstances that may affect your treatment. Tamayaz may adapt, postpone or decline a treatment where reasonably necessary for safety or suitability.
Results vary from person to person. Tamayaz provides wellness and beauty services and does not guarantee a particular aesthetic, weight, measurement or other outcome.
Bookings & Payment
Appointments are subject to availability and are confirmed by Tamayaz.
Full payment is required to confirm a booking unless Tamayaz expressly confirms otherwise. Where an approved instalment or payment option is available, eligibility and processing are subject to the applicable payment provider’s terms.
Bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals and no-shows are governed by our Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Single Treatments
Single Treatments may be booked directly, subject to treatment suitability.
A completed treatment is non-refundable. If you have a concern about a service, please tell us as soon as possible so our team can review it and, where appropriate, arrange a suitable service-recovery solution.
Treatment Packages
A Treatment Package is a prepaid set of sessions of one specified treatment. It is not a Skin or Body Programme.
Package inclusions, number of sessions, price and validity are displayed with the applicable package and confirmed at purchase.
Where applicable, the first session should be used within 30 calendar days of purchase and validity begins from the first used session.
Packages must be used within their stated validity and are subject to the applicable freeze, extension, cancellation, no-show and refund terms.
Skin & Body Programmes
Skin and Body Programmes are assessment-led, professionally managed treatment journeys. The recommended Programme is discussed following the relevant Assessment & Consultation.
Programme investment, validity and applicable terms are confirmed before purchase. Treatment selection and scheduling may be adjusted within the approved Programme structure according to suitability and progress.
Programmes do not guarantee a particular result.
Memberships
Tamayaz Memberships are prepaid for their stated term and do not renew automatically unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Membership inclusions, usage rules, benefits and validity are shown with the applicable Membership and confirmed at purchase.
Membership benefits have no independent cash value and cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
Therapist Assignment for Treatment Packages and Programmes
For prepaid Treatment Packages, Skin Programmes and Body Programmes, therapists are assigned by Tamayaz based on treatment requirements, staff authorisation and availability.
Customers may select their preferred appointment date and time, subject to appointment availability; therapist selection is managed by Tamayaz.
Booking Through Tamayaz
All Tamayaz appointments and services involving Tamayaz team members must be arranged and paid for through Tamayaz Wellness.
Customers must not privately solicit, hire or arrange paid services directly with Tamayaz employees, therapists, drivers or other team members outside Tamayaz or bypass Tamayaz booking and payment systems.
Tamayaz may restrict future service access or prepaid-product access where a customer attempts to privately engage a Tamayaz team member outside the company’s authorised systems.
Prepaid Products
Prepaid products must be used within their stated validity.
Where applicable, one complimentary freeze of up to 15 calendar days is available per eligible prepaid multi-session product when requested before expiry. The product cannot be used during the approved freeze and its expiry date moves by the approved frozen period.
Where applicable, additional extensions may be purchased at AED 100 per 15 calendar days, up to a maximum of 30 additional days, when requested and paid before expiry.
Specific validity and eligibility for these options are confirmed with the applicable product.
Complimentary Benefits
Complimentary treatments, credits or promotional benefits have no independent cash value, are non-transferable unless expressly stated otherwise, and are subject to their stated validity.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are valid for the period stated on the voucher. The validity and any applicable conditions confirmed on the voucher or at the time of purchase apply.
Home Wellness
Home Wellness services are subject to their applicable service-area, minimum-booking, scheduling and cancellation requirements.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how Tamayaz collects, uses and protects personal information provided through our website, bookings, consultations and communications.
Changes & Applicable Law
We may update these Terms from time to time. The applicable terms for a prepaid purchase are those confirmed at the time of purchase, subject to any changes required by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
