Payment Full payment is required to confirm a booking unless Tamayaz expressly confirms otherwise. Approved instalment or payment options may be available, subject to the applicable payment provider’s terms. All displayed prices include 5% VAT.

We hold your appointment for 15 minutes before we may need to shorten it.
Is payment per person?
The price is for two guests.
What if we need to change?
Up to two reschedules are complimentary with at least 4 hours’ notice. From the third reschedule onwards, a 50% rescheduling fee applies. Changes with less than 4 hours’ notice are charged at 50% of the applicable session value. No-shows or cancellations after the appointment start time are charged at the full applicable session value. For Home Wellness, 6 hours’ notice applies.
